Healthy
pH Balance with VÄXA Buffer pH®
Potential Hydrogen
"pH" balance - in the body is important to many aspects of
a woman's health. Having a healthy pH balance can support
a healthy urinary tract, maintain proper yeast balance, ensure
proper digestion, and even support a healthy complexion. Hormone
balance is also involved with proper pH.
Buffer pH is the ideal formulation for pH
balance. It is an advanced homeopathic medicinal with ingredients
that have been shown to naturally support the body's ability
to:
- Promote a balanced body pH
- Support healthy tissues
- Aid in maintaining proper insulin production
and use (Blood sugar balance plays a part in a woman's
susceptibility to all types of illness)
- Support a healthy cardiovascular
system
More about
the importance of pH Balance:
The food metabolism process
leaves residues with either alkaline or acidic properties
which influence bodily pH levels. Our bodies must constantly
try to maintain correct pH balance, too alkaline may mean
we're struggling with low electrolytes. This can lead to weak
muscle and nerve functions. If overly acidic, the body works
too hard to expel acid waste, and if not expelling, then allowing
it to accumulate. The influence of our environment (chemicals
we put on and in our body, like medicine and cosmetics, and
even what we breathe in) also takes a toll on our pH balance.
Persistently poor pH balance can lead to low energy levels,
weight gain, premature aging, and a host of other health challenges.
Water makes up 50-60% of
our total body weight. This water allows oxygen, nutrients,
and biochemicals to move through our system. The water's acid/alkaline
properties are measured by a pH scale with anywhere from 1.0
to 6.9 being acidic, 7.0 neutral, and 7.1 to 14.0 being alkaline.
The lower the pH numbers the greater acidity, and so on.
- The best way is to test your pH balance
is with VÄXA's
Medical pH-Test Strips. Placed in the urine stream,
the Test Strip changes color to indicate your pH balance.
If you find it is off, start taking VÄXA Buffer pH
according to directions.
- You can determine where your pH balance
is by your diet. American foods cause an unhealthy acid
pH. Certain foods are "acid-forming" in nature:
High proteins (such as meat, fish, poultry and eggs),
nearly all carbohydrates (including grains, breads and
pastas) and fats. Most fruits and vegetables are "alkaline-forming",
even if they have acid tastes.
