What Causes Stress?
Even though problems associated with stress are some of the most common complaints Americans have, many are unsure about where exactly their stress is coming from or how to properly manage stress. Identifying what causes stress is the first step to being able to choose a treatment method that works for you and effectively reduce your stress and improve your overall health and quality of life.
One reason that figuring out stressors is so difficult is that the factors which contribute to a person's stress level vary from individual to individual. You must take the time to evaluate your unique situation to determine what is causing you the most stress; however, the most common causes are:

- Home and/or vehicle upkeep
Learning what causes you stress, knowing the signs of stress, and avoiding those situations or developing stress reduction techniques can help you manage stress and stay as happy as possible. There will always be things that cause us stress, but sticking to your priorities, knowing your stressors, and taking a moment to relax can all greatly improve your life and health for the better each day.
