Weight Loss for Teens Prevents Health Issues Later in Life

Teens who gain too much weight are putting themselves at risk of being overweight or obese in adulthood. For each meal, parents can help teens calculate the amount of calories, fat, etc. and show teens how to limit the amount of calories consumed every day.
