When coupled with a healthy diet and exercise, these online weight loss support networks make it easy for people to motivate and relate with each other, share exercise and dieting tips, and track their progress.
  • Groups - One of the most successful (and healthy) types of weight loss programs are group meetings. While they often have a fee, many are affordable and they create a sense of community among people dealing with the same struggles, all while promoting a positive environment and healthy eating habits that work best for your goals.
