As the years go by, your skin
begins to take on a life all its own. One minute you look in your

steps towards wrinkle prevention, including:
- Avoid the sun
- Don’t smoke
- Avoid foods high in saturated fat
- Exercise routinely
- Eat foods high in antioxidants and Omega-3
fatty acids
- Get plenty of sleep
- Don’t drink alcohol in excess
Wrinkle prevention is a daily battle. Understanding
what steps you can take to arm yourself against the things that
cause wrinkles gives you the fighting power you need to combat the
aging process. Fight aging from the inside out, with a healthy diet,
a lot of water, and a healthy sleep schedule.
