Under
Eye Wrinkles - Fight the Battle against Gravity
Sometimes when you wake up in
the morning and look in the mirror, it can feel like you’re
looking at a stranger – a stranger that happens to have really
puffy eyes. Under eye wrinkles are some of the fastest advancing
wrinkles, and they’re also the most difficult to reverse.
There are ways to fight them though. By taking the following steps,
you are putting up a good fight against undereye wrinkles:
- Get plenty of sleep – Achieving the
desired 8 hours of sleep every night seems almost impossible
sometimes. However, by at least getting six or seven hours,
you lessen your chance for undereye wrinkles.
- Drink a lot of water – Keeping your
skin moisturized increases circulation and cell rejuvenation.
Moist cells are happy cells, and your skin will reflect it.
- Don’t smoke or drink – Both
alcohol and cigarettes will take a strong toll on your skin.
By avoiding alcohol in excess and by not smoking, your skin
will be stronger, and you will be less likely to wake up with
puffy eyes in the mornings.
Keeping your body well nourished with vitamins
and minerals can also help prevent under eye wrinkles from forming.
There are a number of topical solutions as well that can give you
an edge over the environmental factors that contribute to aging.
So, next time you wake up in the morning and go to look in the mirror,
you can see a person you recognize, not some puffy-eyed stranger
staring back at you in confusion.
