Domestic Orders:
All orders that arrive by
1:00P.M. E.S.T. Monday thru Friday
will be shipped the same business day. Orders that arrive
after this time Monday thru Thursday
will ship the following business day. Orders received after
1:00pm on Fridays will be processed and shipped the
following Monday.
All orders are shipped via UPS ground (or Priority Mail for
2 bottles or less) unless otherwise specified. The following
is a list of shipping options:
UPS Ground / Priority Mail - $7.50 minimum. Allow
5-7 business days for delivery. Ground service is only available
in the continental United States.
UPS 3-Day Select - Additional $5 to the applicable
ground charge. Allow 3 business days for delivery. 3-Day Select
service is only available in the continental United States.
UPS 2-Day Air - Additional $10 to the applicable
ground charge. Allow 2 business days for delivery.
UPS Next Day - Additional $19 to the applicable
ground charge. Allow 1 business day for delivery.
UPS Saturday Delivery - Not Available!
International Orders:
You will be notified by e-mail
regarding the cost of your international order as the website
only lists the pricing to ship within the continental United
States. Once the email is received a reply will be expected
from you giving us the authorization to add the additional
international shipping charges.
Generally, we ship Global Priority Mail to international destinations.
This is a traceable method of shipment; your order usually
arrives within 3-4 days and is less expensive than UPS.
Be aware, you are responsible for the shipping cost, as well
as all duty and taxes. Sometimes, international orders get
hung up in Customs and there is a delay in shipping time or
product is confiscated. Our 30 day product guarantee applies
to merchandise only!
We do our best to check each country's restrictions and prohibitions;
but all things cannot be listed. It is, therefore, your ultimate
responsibility to know whether this product will be allowed
into your country.
