VÄXA^® Shipping Policy: Domestic Orders

All orders that arrive by 1:00P.M. E.S.T. Monday thru Friday will be processed the same business day. Orders that arrive after this time Monday thru Thursday will process the following business day. Orders received after 1:00pm on Fridays, all day Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following Monday morning.

Delivery Times: When to Expect your Order

Total delivery time is the time it takes you to receive an order after it has been placed.  It is divided into two separate parts; processing time and shipping time. 

• Processing time (1 - 3 days) begins after you submit an order and continues until the order leaves our warehouse.  Processing time is in addition to shipping time and is not affected by the method of shipping selected.  This should be considered when calculating your shipping selection especially if you need to receive your order sooner. 
• Shipping time (varies by chosen method) begins when the order actually leaves our warehouse and continues until the package arrives at your door, mailbox, or post office.  Shipping time is directly affected by the method of shipping chosen.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via UPS or the US Postal Service within the Contiguous 48 States.

US Postal Service is used for all orders shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and US Territories (such as Guam and Puerto Rico).

The following is a list of shipping options:

UPS Ground / US Postal Service - $8.00 minimum. Once shipped allow 5-7 business days for delivery. UPS Ground service is only available within the Contiguous 48 States.

UPS 3-Day Select - Additional $10 to the applicable ground charge. Once shipped allow 3 business days for delivery. UPS 3-Day Select service is only available within the Contiguous 48 States.

UPS 2-Day Air - Additional $20 to the applicable ground charge. Once shipped allow 2 business days for delivery. UPS 2-Day Air service is only available within the Contiguous 48 States.

UPS Next Day - Additional $35 to the applicable ground charge. Once shipped allow 1 business day for delivery. UPS Next Day service is only available within the Contiguous 48 States.

VÄXA^® Shipping Policy: International Orders

The VÄXA website does not calculate the actual shipping cost for international orders and instead lists the price to ship within the continental United States only. Furthermore, any special incentives related to shipping (including free shipping) are only applicable to domestic orders.

Depending on the country, the shipping cost may be equivalent to domestic charges or it may exceed them. You will be notified via email of the actual shipping charges (regardless of previous order history) and options available for your order; a reply to this email is required before the order is processed. If response is not given to us within 5 business days after the email is sent the order will be canceled. If you do not receive our email within 3 business days after placing your order please contact us here: customerservice@vaxa.com.  

VÄXA gladly accepts orders from all around the globe, however shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. When ordering from vaxa.com, the recipient becomes the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The importer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

Shipping Methods & Fees:

We ship international orders by either Global Priority Mail® or First-Class International Mail® only. Typically, Global Priority Mail® takes 6 to 10 business days to reach its destination and is more expensive. First-Class International Mail® is less expensive, but the shipping time varies by country averaging 10 to 25 days. Keep in mind, neither method is guaranteed by VÄXA or the United States Postal Service to actually arrive in any particular timeframe.

Please be Advised: All orders are triple checked by our staff prior to and during packaging. However, the United States Postal Service does not provide us with adequate tracking information for International Orders. As a result, once the product is shipped from our facility, VÄXA is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages or products for any reason. By placing an international order you, the importer, assume all risks and responsibilities; no refunds will be issued for lost, damaged, or delayed packages or products.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

The importer is responsible for all duties, taxes and fees imposed by the destination country.

Returns & Guarantees:

Our product guarantee applies to returned merchandise only and does not cover lost, damaged or delayed packages nor does it cover the shipping cost or other related over heads, such as duties and taxes incurred as a result of importation. Products are required to be returned to us and refunds will not be processed until such time as the items physically arrive back at our warehouse.
