All VÄXA products are backed by a 30-Day Guarantee to all our Customers. In addition, VÄXA Attend, Attend mini, Attend Strategy Pac, and Attend mini Strategy Pac are backed by a 12 Month Guarantee from the date of the original purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the bottles (empty or full) for a full product refund, less any shipping fees incurred.

To be backed by VÄXA's Return Policy all products must be purchased directly from VÄXA through our website www.vaxa.com or by calling our order line. Purchases made from other distributors or websites are not necessarily covered by the VÄXA Guarantee.

Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) included with the shipment. To receive an RMA number hassle free, or to get more information regarding the VÄXA Guarantee, please contact VÄXA Customer Service Department at 1-800-248-8292 during business hours.

Any products returned without an RMA will be issued an in-house credit if they are within the 30 day (12 month for Attend) guarantee window.
