Famous People with Dyslexia: They Have the Same Issues and Concerns
When a
person is diagnosed with dyslexia their world may come to
a stop. They may be concerned with not being able to handle
a particular job. They may not think they will succeed in
life. They may think they’re going to be labeled as
stupid, slow and lazy. Being diagnosed with a learning disability
can be a significant blow, especially when the person is a
child. Still, 20 percent of Americans are affected by a learning
disorder, and 80 percent of that number has been diagnosed
with dyslexia.
Those who suffer from dyslexia are definitely not alone, and
there is hope for all. A prime example: famous people with
dyslexia. Many actors, actresses, artists, photographers,
inventors, designers and heroes have been diagnosed with the
learning disorder and still managed to succeed.
