Iodum (Iodine)
Iodum, more commonly referred
to as Iodine, is a mineral that energizes the body, although
little of it is actually needed in our daily diet. This is a
true nutritional cofactor, necessary for the body's control
of the thyroid which increases its rate of mechanism, improving
mental alacrity, while aiding the body in releasing energy stores.
