High Desert Bee Pollen (Bee Pollen)
Thought to be the same "manna"
miraculously provided to the children of Israel in their 40
year sojourn in the deserts of Saudi Arabia, bee pollen is perhaps
the world's most perfectly balanced food fit for human consumption.
Its balanced arrays of naturally amino acids and peptides are
unparalleled by any other food; high desert bee pollen's closest
rival is that of the white of eggs/albumin. Pollen contains
15% lecithin by volume, fatty acids (2.8 g per ounce) many minerals
and trace elements (0.5 g per ounce), most of all the vitamins
(3 mg per ounce), enzymes (67 units per ounce) and cofactors,
carbohydrates (5 g per ounce), fiber (1 g per ounce), reducing
sugars (8 g per pounce), proteins, peptides and all essential
amino acids (total protein is 20% by volume or 7.1 grams per
ounce), and other active substances that have yet been isolated
or identified.
High desert bee pollen appears to have a rejuvenating compound
which has a profound biological effect, preventing premature
aging of the cells and stimulating new growth of skin tissue

in excess of 125 years claimed that the majority of their diet
