Dioscurea Macho Stachya (Mexican Yam)
Dioscurea macho stachya is a species
of Mexican yam that is high in naturally occurring male hormones
such as testosterone, as well as DHEA, some 3% of standardized
extract. Before you take any form of Mexican yam, be sure you
know what species it is so as not to cross-hormonalize your
system. Villosa is for females, Macho Stachya is for males:
don't confuse the two! Mexican yam is said to reduce muscle
