Chimaphila umbellata (Spotted Wintergreen)
Chimaphila umbellata was originally
used by many North American Indians in gravel and urinary disorders,
including as a medicine for relieving stones in the bladder
and for alleviating the subsequent retarding of the excretion
of urine. This ingredient contains the phytomedicinals ericolin,
arbutin, chimaphilin, urson, tannin and gallic acid.
Chimaphila umbellata may be used as a Homeopathic or used simply
as a micro-nutritional. Homeopathic potencies accredit their
strength and efficacy to the electromagnetic signatures of the
original substrate; these are scientifically created dilutions
and succussions of medicines such that generally not even a
molecule of the original substrate or medicine is present in
the medicine.
As a Homeopathic or used simply as a micro-nutritional, Chimaphila
umbellata has demonstrated effectiveness against the following
symptomology: acne and other disorders of the skin, atrophy
of the breast, disorders of lactation, tumor in breast, lymphatic
disorders, cataract, cystitis, diabetes, enlarged gland, gonorrhoea,
jaundice, disorders of the kidney, nephritis, malignant ulcers.
Most of these complication seem to derive from the inability
of the body to remove toxins systemically. (Clarke)
