How to Get Motivated Again!
Beginning or getting
back into an exercise routine involves some serious willpower
and motivation. With it being so easy to "fall off the wago"
and lose interest in working out, exercise ruts happen! What
is important to do is to notice when you are in a rut and
quickly get off the couch and back on track! If you are struggling
with your exercise routine try these tips to help you regain
your motivation:
Snap out of it! Even though your motivation has plummeted,
today is a new day! You have the power to change your mind
and your body! Try to weed out the mental conflicts you may
be having with yourself in order to get to the source of your
lack of enthusiasm. Whatever the reason turns out to be, make
a promise to yourself to make today different. All you have
to do is think positive and your body will react.
Change it up! Do you dread beginning your workout routine?
If so, it is definitely time to change it up and try something
new. Variation is the spice of life! Varying your routine
will keep you motivated and make working out less of a chore
and more fun! Your brain and body will appreciate it! Not
sure what youÂ’re interested in doing? Keep changing your routine
up until you find something that works. A lot of gyms offer
free one time passes to attend a class of your choice. This
is a great opportunity to experience different types of exercise
(without obligation) to discover what works for you. Maybe
you'll discover a love for yoga you never knew you had or
might enjoy sweating it up in cycling class or burning it

Partner up! It is easy to skip out on a trip to the
gym when you are only responsible for you. Partnering up with
a friend is a great way to make exercise fun and keep one
another accountable.
Reward yourself! Remember when you were little and
would receive rewards for doing a "good job," well adults
like rewards to! Best of all, now that you are all grown up
you can reward yourself! Be sure to set realistic fitness
goals for yourself and when you meet them, reward yourself!
Maybe a new workout outfit would lift your spirits, or perhaps
