VÄXA products are backed by a Guarantee to all
of our Customers. Homeopathic products have a 90-day guarantee and Dietary Supplements have a 30-day guarantee. All guarantees are from the date of the original purchase*. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the products for a full product refund, less any shipping fees incurred (see below for more details).
To be backed by VÄXA's Return Policy all products returned must have been purchased directly from VÄXA through our website www.vaxa.com or by calling our order line. Purchases made from other distributors or websites are not necessarily covered by the VÄXA Guarantee.
Be sure to save all of your bottles (empty or full). Refunds are contingent on the number of bottles ordered versus the number of bottles returned. If four bottles are ordered and two are returned, then only the two bottles will be refunded for.
For Cash or Credit Card refunds a return must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to it being sent back. To receive an RMA # please hassle free please call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-622-8292 during normal business hours. Hours of Operation : VÄXA is open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm E.S.T.
Unauthorized Returns, those products returnedwithout an RMA, will be issued an in-house credit only unless they fall outside of the guarantee window.
Products may only be returned once. Any products returned and subsequently re-purchased later are not covered by our Return Policy or Guarantee.
