Two (2) Droppers full (2ml) orally
Servings Per Container: 30
Shake well before using. As a dietary supplement, place 1-2 dropperfuls under tongues, hold for 30 seconds and swallow. Repeat dosage daily for maintenance.
Do NOT take with heart or blood pressure medications.
