Adults and children over 100lbs take 1 to 2 capsules daily, or as directed by a physician. During times of illness, radiation exposure, or heavy metal toxicity, take 4 capsules twice daily, or as directed by a physician.
Children 100lbs or under, take 1 capsule daily.
Consult a physician before administering to children under 5.
