of foods, namely fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and
seeds. People trying to maintain their diabetes and pH balance
should also limit their intake of sugar, meats, breads and
pastas. Sticking to a healthy diet is a great way to keep
your diabetes, pH balance, and overall health in check.
