What
are Oxygen-Based Colon Cleansers?
Oxygen-based colon cleansers are
thought to melt away that compacted matter in the colon through
an oxidation reduction reaction. Oxygen-based colon cleansers in
the form of capsules or powder are packed full of use specialized
ozonated magnesium oxides to reduce the solid toxic mass in the
colon into a liquid or gas form. Once ingested, a chemical reaction
causes oxygen to be released and transported throughout the body.
The ozonated magnesium oxides are said to clean the entire intestinal
tract and deliver much needed oxygen along the way. An oxygen-based
colon cleanser is typically taken orally.
Colon cleansing is a safe, alternative method to treat many of our
physical problems. Colon cleansing is not just for people with constipation,
but for anyone who wishes to feel better, strengthen their inner
organs and improve their energy and appearance. Colon cleansing
is necessary to rid our body of toxins that accumulate as a result
of an unhealthy diet, environmental pollution and chemicals, and
a constant use of antibiotics. Cleansing the colon stops the recirculation
of toxins throughout the body, and allows the colon to do its job
- absorb nutrients from the foods you eat and properly eliminate
waste.
How do oxygen-based colon cleansers work?
Oxygen-based colon cleansers are reported to have several benefits.
One of the major functions of this type of cleanser is to loosen
built-up and impacted feces and toxins trapped inside the large
intestine. This build-up is responsible for many health problems
such as constipation, weight gain, and skin blemishes. When the
colon is full of toxins and impacted feces, it also becomes a breeding
ground for unhealthy bacteria.
Many other colon cleansing options, such as colon hydrotherapy,
also known as colonics, can help to remove impacted waste and unhealthy
bacteria, but they also remove the healthy bacteria which support
the digestive system. Natural colon cleansers generally include
probiotics to help rebalance the gut flora - Oxygen-based colon
cleansers reportedly do not remove the flora to begin with. Oxygen-based
colon cleansers are gentler on the digestive system than enemas
and colon hydrotherapy.
How effective are oxygen-based
colon cleansers?
Independent laboratory tests have found that most of the oxygen-based
colon cleansers on the market did not release the amount of oxygen
needed to properly and completely cleanse and melt away the mucous
and compacted matter in the colon. Most of the oxygen-based colon
cleansers available release much less oxygen then they claim to
release. This is due to the fact that they use a low-quality form
of magnesium oxide that has not gone through the specialized ozonating
process that allows the higher quality products to properly and
fully detoxify and cleanse the entire intestinal tract.
