No ADD Cure, But There is Hope
Those who suffer from attention deficit disorder or attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder can start experiencing symptoms at a young age. Lack of concentration, inability to retain information, and restlessness are signs of the disorder. Although there isn’t a true ADD cure, there are ways to treat the disorder.
When parents find out their child has ADD, or when adults realize their constant failures at work are due to having the disorder, they all want to find an ADD cure. An ADD cure isn’t entirely possible, but treatments help sufferers lead a normal life. An ADD cure alternative can be prescribed medications. Some don’t like these pseudo ADD cure medications because they can lead to side effects like weight loss, aggressiveness and constant drowsiness.
Another ADD cure alterative is a proper diet. Diets won’t show immediate results like medications do, but they don’t have side effects, and they can be a long-term solution. Some of these diets involve not including foods like apples and other fruits in a diet. Others focus on elimination to see how eliminating certain foods will affect a child or adult.
Natural health products, which include homeopathic ingredients, if taken on a regular basis can reduce stress, dissipate frustration and improve concentration to provide a treatment but not an ADD cure.
